All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of when you place your order.

If your order is placed before 11am (UTC+10:00) Brisbane Local Time & In-Stock your order is normally Dispatched same day.

Unfortunately retail customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHIP WITH ALTERNATIVE COMPANIES. Carriers are Negotiable for Trade and International customers/orders, On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order.

Orders Placed on Weekends

All orders placed on a Friday after 11am, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day (Monday unless it's a Public Holiday)

If your order is not in-stock and placed on BackOrder we will automatically notify you by phone or email within 5 business days after the order was placed.


Because Oven Parts Australia offers top quality products at a heavily discounted price, some of our products may sell out rather quickly, in the event an item that you ordered becomes unavailable, we will search alternate suppliers to try our best to locate the item ASAP. We will then place an order with the supplier, this process normally takes 3-7 Days to fulfil the order.

Ask one of our representatives to check for availability (this process normally takes less than 30 minutes for a reply) Third party shopping websites may indicate that an item is in stock, occasionally the information provided to these websites may be delayed, therefore the information may not be entirely accurate, if this is the case, Oven Parts Australia will use all of its resources to locate the requested item for you as quickly as possible. Just because an Item does not indicate that it is on a backordered status or it is a special order item, does not mean that it isn't either of those situations. Please contact one of our representatives to obtain this information about your product's availability. 

Shipping Surcharges / Oversized Items

Some orders may require additional shipping & handling fees due to contents, size or product/services. Also, orders shipped to more remote areas may incur additional costs. If shipping charges are more expensive than indicated on your web order, you will be contacted by phone or by email informing you of additional fees or duties that may be required to ship your package. If this is the case the you as the customer retain the right to cancel their order at this time. Furthermore Oven Parts Australia reserves the right to cancel any order at any time that requires any additional shipping charges from the carrier.

If you have not received an order confirmation but have had payment come out of your account, your email address may have blocked our confirmation email or it may be in your spam/junk. Please email to have your confirmation re-emailed.
